Organizational Management and Leadership

As the workforce continues to grow and become more diverse, sound management and leadership skills are imperative for any individual who currently manages a department or staff or hopes to eventually work in a management capacity. The curriculum will assist students in recognizing their weak areas while identifying effective ways to strengthen them.
