There are people in this world who stand up and fight for what is right. Those people are the police, investigators, lawyers, and judges. Most of them got their start with a criminal justice degree. And you can, too!


A criminal justice degree can start you on the road to an exciting new career that will offer you many employment options. Whether you're interested in working on the front lines as member of the police force or a supporting role as an investigator, a criminal justice degree is an important first step.

Positions that a Criminal Justice Degree Offers:

  • Police Officer. High-end excitement and the chance to put criminals behind bars. Being a member of the police force means that there is "never a dull day."


  • Investigator. Work behind the scenes taking and examining evidence, testifying in court, and recreating crime scenes.


  • Lawyer. Although this position will require you to go to law school at some point, a criminal justice degree is often the lawyer's first step in the journey.


  • Judge. Being a respectable member of the courts means that you will need to know the ins and outs of the law and how it applies in our lives.
