Wine drinkers have an edge over beer drinkers when it comes to good health. According to natural health experts, wine drinkers are more likely to make smarter eating decisions that result in a better overall health level. Here are the details.

A recent natural health survey in Denmark has shown a remarkable correlation between those who drank wine and a better overall health level. According to the results of the survey, wine drinkers were many times more likely to purchase more wholesome foods than their beer-drinking counterparts. What's more, wine drinkers also ate food they prepared themselves as opposed to eating ready made food. These qualities result in a naturally healthier lifestyle in the wine drinking crowd.

Natural Health and Wine Drinkers

  • Equal Results? Natural health experts say the same study has been replicated in France and the US.
  • Stereotypes. Wine drinkers tend to be younger, more educated, thinner, and tend to care more about their own natural health level.

Natural health is a major concern in our country as well. From natural health food stores to natural health physicians, this is an exciting field of study. You can earn your natural health degree and make your own contributions to our nation's health. The typical natural health degree can be complete in two to four years, depending upon the level of expertise you wish to acquire.
